Enterprise Architect

Enterprise Architect As an Enterprise Architect, you will define and drive the architecture strategy across GTM, Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement, Customer Experience, and Corporate IT platforms. You will set standards, integration patterns, and technology direction that determine how our enterprise systems scale, interoperate, and stay compliant – and will be the go‑to leader before a major platform decision is made. Responsibilities Define and drive architecture strategy across multiple functional areas. Set architecture standards, integration patterns, and technology direction. Own core business processes such as Quote‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay, Hire‑to‑Retire, and Record‑to‑Report. Establish architecture standards, reference architectures, and governance frameworks adopted across Finance, HR, GTM, and IT. Ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, SOC2 and other control requirements. Influence executives and cross‑functional leaders on build‑vs‑buy decisions, vendor selection, and total cost of ownership. Qualifications 10+ years of enterprise architecture experience across ERP, HCM, ITSM, CRM, and corporate productivity platforms. Deep expertise in designing integration patterns (API‑first services, event‑driven architectures, iPaaS, ETL/ELT pipelines). Hands‑on architectural ownership of core business processes. Track record establishing architecture standards, reference architectures, and governance frameworks. Strong command of compliance and control requirements (SOX, GDPR, SOC2). Proven influence on executives and cross‑functional leaders. Preferred: experience leading enterprise‑wide transformation programs, AI/ML applied to workflows, and architecture of subscription and revenue systems. Familiarity with TOGAF, domain‑driven design, and EA tooling such as LeanIX or Ardoq. Annual base pay: $234,400.00 – $351,600.00. Incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits may also be offered. Hybrid: Employees within 30 commutable miles of an F5 office are required to work from the office a minimum of 30 business days per quarter. Remote: Primarily work from designated home location but can come into an F5 office to work or travel to an offsite location as needed.
