Pay $20~$25 per hour Employment Type Part-time Requirements Experienced Dentist (1+ years) General Dentistry General Practice Residency Open Dental Experience in Open Dental a plus Job Description ```Duties``` - Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary - Check-in and check-out patients, ensuring accurate billing and payment processing - Scheduling appointments - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Verify upcoming patient insurance eligibility, benefits, and collect co-payments - Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Perform general clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, and transcribing documents - Coordinate projects and assist with calendar management as needed ```Experience``` - Previous experience in customer support or front desk role preferred - Familiarity with medical or dental office procedures is a plus - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills - Proficient in typing and data entry - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Must be available Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday 9am-6pm. Benefits Jobley Bonus: $140 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley) Shift & Schedule - Work Hours: Tuesdays, Wednesday, and Friday 9 AM-5 PM - Breaks: 60-minute meal break (not counted as work hours). - Overtime: Overtime available during busy seasons and paid at 1.5x the regular hourly rate. - Weekend Work: Saturdays 9 AM-3 PM - Holiday Shifts: Occasional holiday shifts, compensated at double time.
