About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Pediatric PACU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: 2 years preferred License: Must have an in-state license in hand prior to start date Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS Must-Have: Candidates must work 2 out of 3 major holidays. First timers are accepted. Pending licenses are not accepted. Description: This position is for a PACU Registered Nurse. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience. Certifications required are BLS, ACLS, and PALS. Local candidates are accepted. Candidates must float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals as required. Travelers must comply with all facility policies and requirements. Floating is a mandatory requirement for all travelers. Travel experience is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates must provide two supervisor references. Daily census is approximately 50 patients. Patient age groups include neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, and adults. The unit has a total of 42 beds available for patient care.
