Communications Assistant

Pawfect Shine is seeking a friendly and organized Entry-Level Communications Assistant to support communication with customers and team members at our Milwaukee location. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating clearly, and working in a pet-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly assistance
• Provide information about available grooming services and appointments
• Communicate appointment details and scheduling updates
• Answer routine customer questions clearly and professionally
• Assist with appointment confirmations and changes
• Record customer requests and pet-care instructions accurately
• Maintain organized customer and appointment information
• Participate in team meetings and training
• Help maintain a welcoming and organized customer area

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Friendly and professional personality
• Good organization and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate information accurately
• Comfortable working around dogs and speaking with pet owners
• Dependable and punctual
• Team-oriented and willing to learn

Compensation & Benefits
