What You'll Do:

• Answer customer calls and emails, enter service requests, and provide scheduling and service updates.
• Coordinate technician schedules, dispatches, installations, and service follow-ups.
• Order parts and coordinate inventory needs with the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate service records, certifications, and customer information.
• Support daily administrative tasks and service department operations.
• Coordinate company vehicle scheduling, maintenance, and compliance.
• Assist with service issues, escalations, and process improvements.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum of a High School Diploma of GED is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
