Start Date: August 24, 2026
End Date: June 15, 2027 We are seeking a Certified High School Special Education Teacher to join our team in Newport, NH. The teacher will provide instructional support and accommodations in inclusive classroom settings, ensuring that students with diverse learning needs achieve academic success and personal growth. Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction aligned with IEP goals.
- Collaborate with general education teachers to adapt curriculum and instruction.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
- Communicate effectively with families and colleagues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Valid New Hampshire teaching certification in Special Education.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience supporting students in inclusive high school settings.
