Planner-Scheduler

Overview We are seeking experienced Master Planners with hands‑on expertise in Master Planning/Scheduling using MS Project or Open Plan, with Department of Defense experience. Ideal candidates have background in Program Management, Government Compliance Audits, and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) across all acquisition phases (proposal, development, production, and sustainment). The role supports planning/scheduling for various Fortune 500 DoD clients throughout the U.S. Positions will require client travel of at least 50% of the time. US Citizenship Required. Active Security Clearance Preferred. All candidates must pass a skills assessment to be eligible for employment. Responsibilities Lead the architecture of Program Planning & Control framework (Work Breakdown Structure / Integrated Master Plan). Develop and baseline Resource‑Loaded Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for Proposal and Post‑Award Projects in accordance with scheduling policies and guidelines. Support implementation of Earned Value Management and cost/schedule integration. Maintain and forecast Resource‑Loaded Integrated Master Schedules (IMS). Conduct DCMA 14‑Point Analysis and other related schedule health/wellness checks. Perform Critical Path Analysis and Schedule Risk Analysis (SRAs). Maintain Resource and Earned Value Management processes/procedures with data tracking and analysis. Generate Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) Format 6.
