Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• Prior experience working with pediatric and school-age populations preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Willingness to engage in multidisciplinary team meetings and student support initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations in a school setting
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and small group formats
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal requirements
• Consult and collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
• Stay updated on best practices, interventions, and compliance guidelines for school-based speech therapy
