Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience in pediatric and school-based environments is highly valued
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and collaborating with education teams
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
• Appropriate licensure for school practice in Florida

Core Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP requirements
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize support
• Maintain thorough documentation of services, progress, and adherence to compliance standards
• Participate in IEP meetings, team planning, and professional development as required
• Offer guidance and support to students, families, and fellow staff members
