Regional Sales Manager

Job Description Job description: Position Title: Regional Sales Manager Reports To: Director of Sales/Partner Position Summary: Responsible for portfolio retention and new business development in the New Jersey/New York Territory Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm (must be willing to work nights and weekends, if necessary) Salary: Base salary + commission Job Description: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth areas Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver effective sales strategies Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers Provide regular reports on sales activities and CRM updates Requirements: Proven experience in territory sales or related field Excellent account management and customer service skills Technical sales background is preferred Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities Strong business development and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Excellent communication and presentation skills What We Offer Weekly pay Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401(k) Paid Vacation Paid Holidays Paid Sick Time Professional development opportunities Career growth within a rapidly expanding transportation and logistics organization Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
