Director, Senior Business Strategist

Director, Senior Business Strategist UBS Business Solutions US LLC seeks a Director, Senior Business Strategist located in New York, NY. The role focuses on delivering enhanced change capabilities across business functions and driving IT process automation. Responsibilities Articulate the overall business strategy for the Investment Bank and Americas region, leveraging advanced knowledge of the Logistics Platform and third‑party benchmarking relationships. Analyze product and regional revenue performance versus peers, conducting detailed reviews of competitor disclosures during quarterly reviews and market announcements. Complete strategy and performance reviews of global businesses, increasing regional depth in the U.S., and collaborate with key stakeholders such as the Head of Global Banking, Americas Head of Global Markets, IB Chief Operating Officer, and Head of Americas Research. Review proposed acquisitions and joint ventures, especially in the Americas, mandating vendor management and benchmarking analyses against competitors; collaborate closely with Business Divisions and Group Functions. Must be able to work hybrid (in‑office/remote). Qualifications & Experience Mandatory Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering (any) or related field, plus at least four (4) years of experience as a Business Strategist or related occupation. Experience with competitor benchmarking analysis, product and regional revenue performance analysis, vendor relationship management, strategic business reviews, data interpretation using Dealogic Cortex, stakeholder management, quarterly town‑hall presentations, project management, drafting requests for proposals, and analysis of proposed acquisitions and joint‑venture opportunities. Proficiency in analytical and presentation support software such as PowerPoint, Alteryx, and Dealogic Cortex.
