Join British Swim School as a Swim Instructor! You’ll spend your days working with kids, teaching them important water safety skills, and helping them become confident swimmers.

What You'll Do
- Teach swim lessons to kids and adults
- Help students learn water safety and swimming skills
- Encourage and support students as they improve
- Keep classes safe, fun, and positive
- Follow the British Swim School teaching program
You don't need experience—we'll train you!

- Be comfortable in the water and know basic swimming skills

- ⏰ Be reliable and show up on time
- Be looking for a year-round job , not just a summer position
- Be able to get to one of our pool locations
Available Shifts
Weekdays: After school hours ~3:45 PM–8:00 PM
Weekends: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
Shifts are usually 4–5 hours , making this a great job to fit around school, sports, or another job.
Pay
Starting pay: $15–$18/hour
- Training: $15/hour
- After training: $16–$17/hour
- Additional increases based on experience and performance
