IP Trademark Litigation/Transactional Senior Attorney - New York
Our client is a top firm, seeking a senior level trademark attorney for its New York office. This role will involve substantial trademark and copyright litigation as well as transactional work. The firm is on a hybrid schedule with 3 days/week in the office. The salary for this position will be between $280k to $320k.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of substantial trademark and copyright litigation experience, including drafting complaints, answers, discovery requests and responses. Trial experience is preferred.
- Experience with IP due diligence relating to M&A or other complex transactions.
- Experience drafting and negotiating IP agreements as well as licensing and technology contracts.
- Experience with trademarks, copyrights, patents, and trade secrets; trademark prosecution experience is preferred.
- New York Bar admission required.
- Excellent client-interfacing skills.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
