A long-standing H&P client in the US is looking to further strengthen its Legal team with the addition of a Trademark Licensing Attorney .
The team is widely regarded as one of the best in the market, comprising attorneys from leading Am Law 100 firms who advise on some of the most high-profile and innovative trademark licensing matters globally.
Please note: This is a five-day-per-week, on-site position.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3–10 years' experience in intellectual property law.
- Strong experience advising on trademark licensing and drafting, reviewing, and negotiating trademark licence agreements .
- The ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with demanding deadlines.
- International experience is advantageous, but not essential.
- Be based in New York City or willing to relocate independently (relocation assistance is not available).
