Project Executive | Lead Major Projects with One of New England’s Premier Builders One of New England’s leading general contractors is looking to add an experienced Project Executive to its leadership team, overseeing a growing portfolio of high-profile work throughout Massachusetts. Backed by decades of success, a strong financial position, and a substantial backlog across multiple market sectors, this is an opportunity to step into a true leadership role with an established builder while remaining closely involved with projects, clients, and project teams. You’ll provide executive oversight across some of the region’s most challenging and high-profile construction projects, including: Life Sciences Higher Education Multifamily & Mixed-Use Corporate & Commercial Hospitality Institutional Civil Projects range from complex occupied renovations to major ground-up developments valued well into the hundreds of millions. The company combines the resources and project portfolio of a major New England builder with an environment where senior leadership remains accessible and employees are trusted with real ownership and autonomy. What you’ll be doing Provide executive oversight across multiple large and complex projects Lead and develop Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Assistant Project Managers Maintain accountability for project financials, schedules, staffing, risk, and overall performance Build and maintain relationships with key clients, owners, architects, and industry partners Partner closely with preconstruction and field leadership from pursuit through project completion Support business development, project pursuits, and strategic client relationships Identify project risks early and provide leadership to ensure successful delivery Help drive operational strategy and continuous improvement across the organization Play an active role in developing the next generation of company leadership What we’re looking for 15+ years of commercial construction experience Significant experience leading large, complex projects and project teams Proven success overseeing multiple projects or a substantial portfolio of work Strong financial, operational, and risk-management capabilities Demonstrated ability to develop and mentor project management teams Strong executive-level client relationship and communication skills Experience across healthcare, life sciences, higher education, commercial, multifamily, institutional, hospitality, or similar markets What’s offered Highly competitive executive-level compensation Annual performance bonus Vehicle allowance Outstanding healthcare and retirement benefits Generous PTO Significant autonomy and influence within the organization Long-term advancement into senior operational leadership The opportunity to help shape the continued growth of one of New England’s most respected construction organizations #J-18808-Ljbffr Engtal
