Job Description UW Medical Center-Northwest has an outstanding opportunity for a 90% FTE Registered Nurse for our PACU Department. Work Schedule Days Evenings Weekends Department Description Our PACU RNs provide pre-admission assessment and phase 1 post anesthesia care for our surgical patients. These nurses also provide surgical patient discharge teaching. Position Highlights Assessment and nursing diagnosis of patients Care planning Patient teaching Discharge and transfer planning Admission, discharge and transfer processes Requirements 2 years current recent Critical Care experience, Emergency or PACU Phase I and/or Phase II PACU experience preferred. Active Washington State RN License or applicable Multistate RN license Compensation, Benefits and Position Details Pay Range Minimum: $45.59 hourly Pay Range Maximum: $83.64 hourly Other Compensation: $5.00/hour nights, $4.00/hour weekends, $3.00/hour evenings, $1.25/hr Nursing Certification, $1.00/hour BSN premium Benefits: For information about benefits for this position, visit the benefits page.
