SWISS MANUFACTURING ENGINEER TECHNICIAN – CNC PROGRAMMER/MACHINIST

Position Overview

We are seeking Manufacturing Engineer Technicians (MET) to operate Swiss CNC machinery and perform CNC programming/machinist functions at our West Chester, Pennsylvania facility. Multiple shifts available.

Key Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and maintain Swiss CNC machinery
Perform CNC programming and code verification
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Conduct quality inspections and maintain tight tolerances
Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance
Work collaboratively in a regulated manufacturing environment
Follow all safety and compliance protocols

Requirements

2+ years Swiss CNC programming/machinist experience
Proficiency with Swiss CNC equipment (Tornos or similar)
Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to maintain strict quality standards

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $32.00 – $45.00/hour with overtime
Annual Equivalent: $65,000 – $90,000/year (based on hours)
Shift differential available
