Overview Registered Nurse – Telemetry (Tele) in Portland, OR for a 13-week travel assignment starting 09/14/2026. Weekly pay ranges from $1,921 to $1,988 per week, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM–7:30 PM). Work setting: short-term acute care hospital. This assignment is through Healthforce Healthcare LLC. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $1,921–$1,988 per week Guaranteed hours: 36 per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day shifts, 12-hour blocks (7:00 AM–7:30 PM) Start date: 09/14/2026 Setting: Short-term acute care hospital, Telemetry unit EPIC experience required At least two years of recent field experience; BLS and ACLS required Responsibilities Deliver direct nursing care for telemetry patients according to the nursing process and established standards Monitor patient status and telemetry data; respond promptly to rhythm changes and clinical events Coordinate care with physicians, ancillary staff, and the patient’s family; delegate tasks appropriately Administer medications and treatments as prescribed; document accurately in the electronic health record (Epic experience preferred) Develop and implement care plans; participate in discharge planning and patient/family education Maintain a safe, clean environment and ensure infection control practices are followed Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice (Oregon) or equivalent as required CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS or ARC-ALS certification required EPIC experience required BSN preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing acceptable with appropriate experience Minimum of two years of recent acute care or telemetry nursing experience Ability to work in a 13-week travel assignment with guaranteed hours; 7:00 AM–7:30 PM schedule Strong critical thinking, prioritization, and interpersonal communication skills Eligible to work in the United States and meet facility compliance requirements Benefits and Support Dedicated support throughout the assignment 24/7 recruiter and travel support Fast credentialing processNationwide travel assignments available
