Well Operations / Lease Operator Responsible for well operations, gas lifted wells, ESPs, three‑phase separation, gas compression, control board operation, pipeline operation, minor maintenance of valves, pumps and rotating equipment and assisting the other operators and craft personnel. Schedule: 7/7 Nights. Gauge production on assigned wells, report gauge readings, downtime, and other pertinent well information to the district office. Must have experience working with high‑production‑volume wells with H2S. Responsibilities include conducting field visits, safety observations, audits, coaching, and maintaining safety records. Warehouse Clerk / Materials Coordinator The Warehouse Clerk / Materials Coordinator will support daily warehouse and materials operations for oilfield support activities. Responsibilities include receiving materials from vendors, organizing and maintaining stock inventory, pulling and staging shipments, and coordinating with field teams. Documentation & Process Improvement Key responsibilities include developing, improving, and standardizing documentation procedures across multiple teams; maintaining consistency and integrity of document control systems and databases; and ensuring documentation aligns with quality standards, design requirements, and project specifications. Inventory Coordinator The Inventory Coordinator will maintain accurate inventory levels and support efficient material movement between the warehouse, yard, and field locations. Works closely with operations, procurement, and field teams to manage stock, track usage, and forecast needs. Measurement I&E Technician Responsible for the installation, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of measurement and electrical systems supporting oil and gas production and facilities. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot measurement instruments, power distribution, and control systems. Lead Production Operator Experienced Lead Production Operators to work in the Gulf of Mexico. The role involves operating a variety of surface production equipment—compressors, pumps, generators, PLCs, and other field systems—to optimize production and maintain safety. Client Account Coordination Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts across WTX/NM. Build and maintain strong relationships with client representatives and field personnel.
