Our small classes, flexible, strengths-first support for diverse learning profiles, and deeply supportive community empower creative, curious, and complex students to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.We are a mission-driven environment where educators are encouraged to think outside the box, collaborate closely, and design learning experiences that meet students where they are while helping them grow into who they can become.What You'll DoCore responsibilities include:Support and supervision in the classroom, in support of both the individual student and an overall safe and stimulating educational environment.Utilizing the student profile to proactively plan, preparing, and developing various teaching aids for use in the classroom to support student success, including activity sheets, drawings, and similar handouts.Providing redirection as needed to support appropriate classroom behaviors.Supervising and supporting student breaks from the classroom as needed.
