Authorization Specialist

SCA Health

SCA Health, part of Optum, seeks a detail-oriented Insurance Verifier to ensure accurate patient eligibility and appropriate authorization for procedures across our ambulatory centers. You will contact physician offices and patients when needed, verify information, and document findings in the patient account. The role emphasizes compliance with payer contracts, CMS requirements, and accurate financial counseling for patients.
