You will be responsible for analysing financial information focusing on quality of earnings and assets, cash flows and other key client deal issues. The Opportunity As part of the Acquisition Advisory team you are expected to provide financial due diligence and other transaction-related services to large company and private equity fund clients. As a Senior Associate you are expected to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards. You are expected to focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and technical skills. What You Must Have Bachelor’s Degree 3 years of experience What Sets You Apart Providing financial due diligence and transaction-related services. Interviewing executive management at target companies. Assessing quality of earnings, net assets, and cash flows. Resolving issues in technical accounting areas. Participating in client discussions and meetings. Communicating a broad range of Firm services. Managing engagements and maintaining project economics. CPA or equivalent. The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
