Position Overview
The Dispatch & Routing Specialist assists with coordinating shipment activity by supporting routing decisions, tracking load movement, and maintaining communication throughout the freight process. The role requires consistency and attention to operational detail.
Responsibilities
Assist with routing and dispatch coordination
Track shipment movement and update records
Support communication across transportation operations
Monitor delivery timelines and routing adjustments
