This job plans and coordinates all strategic business operations and outreach for their respective service line, including ambulatory, outpatient, inpatient and post acute settings. Plans and directs operations, strategy, growth initiatives, and quality performance and monitoring, as well as regulatory compliance across their departments throughout the organization. Strategy, growth, cost reduction efforts, new innovative programs and models, as well as human resource planning, internal and external communications, and understanding of industry trends are required role functions.
