The Senior Manager of Revenue Accounting is a strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of revenue recognition and reporting in a complex, high-volume semiconductor environment. This position ensures compliance with ASC 606, drives scalable processes, and partners cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Legal, and Finance to support business growth while maintaining strong internal controls.**Key Responsibilities****Revenue Accounting, Closing & Reporting*** Lead the global revenue accounting function ensuring compliance with ASC 606* Analyze complex arrangements including multi-element contracts, distributor sales, rebates, and other variable consideration* Oversee month-end and quarter-end close processes* Review journal entries, reconciliations, and revenue analytics* Partner with FP&A and Sales Operations for reporting, forecasting and business insights* Provide insights into revenue trends, margin impacts, and key business drivers to senior leadership and investors**Process Improvement & Systems:*** Drive automation and ERP enhancements* Champion data integrity, analytics, and real-time reporting capabilities.* Drive digital transformation initiatives to handle high-volume, high-complexity semiconductor transactions.**Audit & Controls:*** Serve as the primary liaison with auditors on revenue matters* Ensure readiness for SEC reporting requirements, including disclosures.* Ensure SOX compliance within the order-to-cash process**Leadership:*** Lead, mentor, and scale a global revenue accounting organization* Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.The pay range below is for Bay Area California only.
