Staffing Specialist / Business Development Representative Naples, FL | MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM $18.00$20.00/hour + Quarterly Performance BonusAbout the RoleMancan Staffing is seeking a driven and personable Staffing Specialist / Business Development Representative to join our Naples office. This role combines client development, sales, and recruitment, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You will play a key role in building client relationships, identifying talent, and matching candidates with top companies in the area.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with new and existing clientsIdentify business opportunities and drive sales growthRecruit, screen, and interview qualified candidatesMatch candidates with client job openingsManage the full hiring cycle from sourcing to placementMaintain accurate records and utilize Microsoft Office tools for reporting and presentationsQualificationsBilingual in English and Spanish (required)Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or recruitingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent problem-solving and analytical abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Professional appearance and positive attitudeRequirementsMust have reliable transportationMust be authorized to work in the United StatesAbility to pass a background check and drug screeningCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base pay ($18$20/hour, based on experience)Quarterly performance bonusesComprehensive benefits package including:Medical, dental, and vision insurancePaid holidays and vacation401(k) planWhy Join Mancan?Mancan partners with many of the regions top employers, including Fortune 500 companies.
