PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• DDS or DMD from an accredited university, active PA license in good standing, and
• active/in process DEA license
• GPR/AEGD training ideal
• Broad scope of General Dentistry procedures including ENDO and surgical extractions
• Ethical patient-centric provider
• Coachable, Team-Oriented
