RWD Engagement Manager

About the Role As a Norstella RWD Engagement Manager, you will own the end‑to‑end success of client engagements, ensuring reliable delivery, operational efficiency, and strong client outcomes across Norstella’s Real‑World Data solutions. This role focuses on technical RWD knowledge, execution excellence, client relationship management, and cross‑functional coordination. Key Responsibilities – Client Success & Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned RWD clients. Establish clear success criteria, delivery plans, and communication cadences. Proactively manage expectations, risks, and dependencies. Lead end‑of‑engagement reviews and hand‑offs to Client Support. Partner with renewal teams to support expansion and growth. Key Responsibilities – Operational Execution & Delivery Excellence Own execution oversight for RWD engagements. Coordinate across internal delivery, data, product, and support teams. Ensure adherence to engagement management standards and documentation. Maintain project tracking and reporting. Identify and drive process and workflow improvements. Guide and coordinate team members across workstreams. Support mentorship and development of junior staff. Foster strong cross‑functional collaboration. All other duties, as assigned. Required Experience Master’s degree in life sciences, data science, biostatistics, epidemiology, public health, health economics, or a related field. 6‑8 years of experience with hands‑on RWD analytics. 1‑2 years leading RWD engagements. 1‑2 years of experience coding with SQL. Domain knowledge working with commercial, market access, HEOR, and epigenetics clients. Experience managing multiple concurrent client engagements in life sciences. Significant experience with Real‑World Data (Open Claims, Closed Claims, EMR data) and supporting life sciences delivery models. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Legal & Employment All candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
