Pay: $24.00 - $30.00/hr

Our client is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable & Payroll Administrator to join their team. This role handles day-to-day AP processing, payroll, and general office support in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office required.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3-6 years of experience in accounts payable, payroll, administrative support, clerical work, or office support preferred
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and accounts payable processes
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office required ; experience with Medius and Ariba preferred
- Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently or as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:
- Review, match, and process vendor invoices for payment
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies
- Maintain accurate accounts payable records, files, and documentation
- Process employee payroll accurately and on schedule
- Maintain payroll-related records while ensuring confidentiality
- Communicate with vendors, employees, and internal departments regarding payment, invoice, and payroll inquiries
- Create purchase orders for supplies in Ariba and support purchasing activities as needed
- Answer phones, greet visitors, manage correspondence, and provide general office support
- Assist with month-end closing, audits, filing, scheduling, and special projects as needed
