Community Training Specialist (CTS-Direct Care) Location: Quincy Positions: Full time and Part time (Day, Evening, and Overnight) Salary: $22.00/hr WORK Inc., one of New England’s most progressive providers of services to adults with disabilities, is seeking applications for Direct Care positions in a residential program serving individuals who are deaf and hard of hearing. We welcome applicants with diverse backgrounds and life experience. We are seeking full time and part time Community Training Specialists (CTS) who will support individuals in their own home by promoting independence and enhancing quality of life. Responsibilities Assist clients with completing hygiene, developing independence, and building self-worth Prepare and implement program goals, service plans, and treatment plans Develop positive relationships with clients, families, guardians, and service providers Assist clients to obtain appropriate health care services and promote healthy lifestyle choices WORK Inc. offers a full benefits package including Health & Dental Insurance, college tuition remission, paid training, generous vacation and sick time, a wide variety of schedule options, and more.
