Our center is designed to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere, conducive to healing and engagement for both staff and patients.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct initial screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments for a diverse patient population, utilizing evidence-based physical therapy practices.Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that address each patient's unique needs and contribute to their recovery goals.Provide effective therapy interventions including exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modality applications to improve patient function and mobility.Educate patients and their families about their conditions and the therapeutic process, enhancing their understanding and involvement in their treatment.Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and facility protocols for all patient interactions.Monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and collaborate closely with other healthcare providers.Leverage current rehabilitation technologies and methodologies to enhance patient care and engagement.Ensure the safety and operational efficiency of the therapy environment, including maintenance of equipment and adherence to safety protocols.Contribute to departmental quality improvement initiatives by sharing insights on patient outcomes and engaging in program development.Patient Population / Client FocusThis role involves working with a broad spectrum of patients, ranging from neonates to geriatric individuals, each presenting unique therapeutic challenges. You will be instrumental in implementing interventions for those recovering from surgery, managing chronic conditions, or rehabilitating from sports injuries.
