The full-time work schedule entails a 40-hour shift, primarily Monday through Friday, providing a balanced work-life dynamic.Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Stalwart Rehabilitation Center, your primary responsibilities will include:Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments of patients who have been referred by physicians.Developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and conditions.Delivering high-quality therapeutic interventions, utilizing techniques that align with the physician's plan of care.Demonstrating exceptional customer service and professionalism in all interactions with patients and their families.Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes through evidence-based care.Offering consultation, education, and support to patients and their caregivers to enhance understanding of treatment processes.Meeting practice utilization goals and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the rehabilitation team.Patient Population / Client FocusOur physical therapists work with a diverse range of patients, including those with orthopedic injuries, pediatric conditions, neurological issues, and sports-related injuries. This role presents the exciting opportunity to treat and empower individuals across various demographics, each with their unique recovery journeys. Building strong relationships with patients is vital, as it fosters trust and leads to remarkable long-term outcomes.QualificationsTo be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:A Bachelor's or Doctorate degree from an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program.A valid state license in physical therapy to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Current Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with patients and colleagues.Proficiency in word processing and computer skills related to patient documentation and communication.Preferred ExperienceWhile not mandatory, preferred experience includes a demonstrated ability to establish meaningful relationships with patients, a strong desire to impact their recovery positively, and a history of collaborative work in community-focused initiatives. Familiarity with current research and best practices in physical therapy is highly valued.Compensation and BenefitsThe salary for this full-time position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, complementing a robust benefits package.
