We are seeking a friendly, organized and dependable receptionist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and will help create a welcoming and efficient environment while supporting daily front desk operations.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients

Answer and direct phone calls

Verify patient information and insurance details

Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality

Collect copays and process payments

Respond to patient questions and assist with general office needs

Perform general administrative and clerical duties

Qualifications:

Previous receptionist, customer service or medical office experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Basic computer and phone system proficiencu

Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment

Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus
