Key Responsibilities
- CNC machine operation - Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining tasks.
- Blueprint interpretation - Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders.
- Tooling & setup - Select and secure fixtures, cutting tools, and materials.
- Quality monitoring - Monitor machine operations and adjust settings to maintain accuracy.
- Part inspection - Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and precision tools.
- Production documentation - Maintain production records and material usage logs.
- Machine maintenance - Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and tools.
- Safety compliance - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
- Team support - Support production goals and assist with additional duties as needed.
- 1+ year of experience in CNC machining.
- Experience with manual, semi-automated, or automated tools (lathes, grinders, mills).
- Ability to use precision tools such as calipers and micrometers.
- Knowledge of metal properties and CAD/CAM software for CNC machining.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship a plus.
- Strong math, analytical skills, and manual dexterity.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

- Pay up to $30/hr, depending on experience
