As an Insurance Sales Representative , you will develop new business, strengthen existing client relationships, and help customers protect what matters most. You will work with warm leads, referrals, and your own outreach while receiving hands-on training and mentorship from an experienced team. This role offers the opportunity to grow alongside a growing agency. • $38,000 to $42,000 base salary . Performance bonuses and commissions on top (year-end total would range $50,000-$70,000 with base + commissions)
• Monday through Friday schedule with evenings and weekends off

Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes and close new business
• Prospect through leads and referral sources
• Conduct policy reviews for existing clients
• Cross-sell insurance and financial products
• Manage client accounts with consistent follow-up
• Identify coverage needs through thoughtful conversations

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a bonus
• Property and Casualty license required
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Goal-oriented sales mindset
• Clear and empathetic communication
