Dental Scheduler

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Dental Scheduler will efficiently manage back-to-back calls to schedule appointments for dental patients while providing excellent customer service in a remote call center environment. Key responsibilities: Answer calls promptly and complete standard calls within specified time limits Provide exceptional patient care and customer service at all times Manage time effectively while prioritizing tasks and responding to feedback Required qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-year post high school education preferred 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a phone-based role Fluency in Spanish is mandatory Strong internet connection required for remote work Ability to pass pre-employment background checks and assessments
