The Delran Township School District is accepting applications for a 12-Month Clerk at Delran High School. This position requires proficient secretarial skills, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality. The ideal candidate should have proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, preferably in an educational setting and possess the following qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software. The ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, parents and community and a commitment to promoting an inclusive and supportive environment for all students. The ability to pass a required criminal history background check, proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status and candidate must meet NJ residency requirements. Salary will be commensurate with experience. Salary ranges from $40777.00-$51337.00. Health benefits are competitive. Enrollment in the State of NJ (PERS) Retirement System. Vacation, accumulating sick time and personal days. Position start date is July 1, 2026. Summer hours from July-August (4-day work week).
