• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates <\/span>

• Screen and qualify candidates for positions such as: <\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/p>
  
  

  
  

  • Administrative Assistants <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
    
    

  • Receptionists <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
    
    

  • Bookkeepers <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
    
    

  • Concierge \/ Front Desk Staff <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
    
    

  • Janitorial Staff <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
    
    

  • Maintenance Technicians <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
    
    

  • Building Operations Personnel <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
    
    <\/ul><\/li>
    
    

  • Partner closely with property managers to understand staffing needs <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
    
    

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
    
    

  • Process background checks and initiate drug test scheduling <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
    
    

  • Administer and manage new hire paperwork and onboarding documentation <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
    
    

  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
    
    

  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, networking, and employee referrals <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
    
    

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
