Senior International Tax Accountant

Kforce is partnering with a client in the Saint Louis, MO area to identify a Tax Senior Accountant. Summary: This role will support a variety of tax compliance, tax provision, and accounting-related activities, with opportunities to work on complex tax matters and special projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in taxation and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while continuing to grow their technical expertise. Responsibilities:
- Prepare federal and state tax returns, international tax forms, and supporting workpapers
- Calculate key tax components, including earnings and profits, tested income, and book/tax differences
- Support tax provision activities, including deferred tax balances and related calculations
- Assist with tax audits, inquiries, planning projects, and special assignments
- Help implement tax technology solutions to improve efficiency and automate processes
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (MST and/or CPA is a plus)
- 3+ years relevant tax experience, international compliance experience preferred
- Experience with tax preparation software and tax research
- Strong accounting, analytical and tax technical skills
- Motivated, collaborative team player with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with a variety of technology solutions
