Customer Service Representative

Job Title Job Description Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Job Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of customer service, customer support, or sales support experience. Experience supporting customers in a manufacturing, industrial, medical device, or technical environment preferred. Strong customer relationship management and account support skills. Experience processing customer orders, RMAs, warranty claims, and order status inquiries. Knowledge of production scheduling, shipping, delivery, and invoicing processes. Ability to coordinate with Sales, Production, Shipping, and other cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills with a customer-focused approach. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience using ERP, CRM, or order management systems preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. High attention to detail and accuracy when processing customer requests and documentation. Ability to recognize opportunities for additional products or services while supporting customers. Ability to work independently while following established policies, procedures, and work instructions. High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or related education preferred. Job Summary: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers before and after the sale, delivering exceptional customer service and support. Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, order status, deliveries, RMAs, warranties, and invoicing. Coordinate with Sales, Production, Shipping, and other internal departments to ensure customer needs are met and service goals are achieved. Maintain strong customer relationships by resolving issues quickly and accurately. Process customer requests, warranty claims, and repair scheduling while ensuring timely follow-up. Assist with production and shipping schedule adjustments to meet customer requirements. Gather and document equipment failure information and provide reports to management. Support the sales team by identifying customer needs and recognizing opportunities for additional products and services. Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
