Performs in-office Physical Assessments Of The Patient Reviews Their Medical History And Interprets Diagnostic Tests/Results In Order To Provide Effective Treatment For The Patient. o Conducts Preventive Health Screenings Based On The Patient'S Age History And Unique Needs To Provide Proactive Health Care. o Educates Patients And Their Family About Specialty Care Medical Conditions Treatment And Follow-Up. o Maintains Record Of All Patient Care In Order To Ensure Accurate Patient History Is Recorded Across Offices. o Performs Office-Based Specialty Care Medical Procedures In Accordance With Departmental Guidelines And Clinical Roles. o Identifies Ways To Improve Outpatient Specialty Care By Assessing Problem-Solving And Evaluating Clinical And System Issues. o Performs Other Duties As Assigned. Practice Setting: • Outpatient Requirements: · Board Certification: Yes Master's Degree in Nursing Or Master's Degree Physician Assistant Studies. o Valid NC RN Nurse Midwife or NP License ?
