Foundations Family Counseling
Foundations Family Counseling is a highly respected private practice dedicated to relational, high-integrity counseling work. We prioritize deep clinical engagement, long-term staff retention, and a healthy, family-supportive culture. Our team is composed of mature professionals who value meaningful work and mutual respect.
Position Tracks
We offer two flexible employment options depending on your career goals and availability:
1. Core Full-Time (80–100 sessions/month):
- W-2 employee status
- Dedicated private office
- Health stipend and 10% retirement match (on 12% employee contribution)
- 50-unit vacation credit after Year 1
- $1,000+ annual loyalty bonus
- Full administrative support (billing, scheduling, referrals)
2. Growth Track (60–79 sessions/month):
- W-2 employee status
- Flexible schedule and caseload
- Full administrative support
- Eligible to move into Core Full-Time if desired
What We’re Looking For
- Active Ohio license: LPCC, LISW, Psy.D., or Ph.D.
- Capacity to engage families with warmth, structure, and clinical insight
- Preferred experience: EMDR, Internal Family Systems, CBT, DBT
What You Can Expect
- $75–$85 per billable hour (based on track and experience)
- Compensation for every completed session (regardless of insurance outcome)
- W-2 structure with employer-covered liability and payroll taxes
