What We’re Looking For Strong hands-on experience in a true medical aesthetics environment Confidence performing a range of treatments, including both on-label and off-label procedures Proven ability to manage patient expectations, concerns, and complications with professionalism and care A passion for delivering natural, results-driven outcomes Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with patients A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture Key Responsibilities Deliver safe, effective medical aesthetic treatments in alignment with established clinical and brand standards Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop personalized, results-driven treatment plans Maintain accurate, timely documentation while adhering to all compliance and safety protocols Educate patients on services, products, and long-term treatment plans to support optimal outcomes Collaborate with and support team development through mentorship, training, and shared best practices Contribute to a clean, organized, and high-performing clinical environment milk + honey holdings, llc is proud to be an Equal Opportunity employer.
