NP/PA Post-Acute Care opening in Hartford, CT Full-time, PermanentWe are seeking a quality-driven Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our post-acute care team in Hartford, Connecticut. Monday-Friday Round in skilled nursing facilities, with excellent support and training, autonomy, and earning potential.
