HR Data & Reporting Analyst (Temp HRIS Focus)

Milwaukee, WI

STS Technical Services is seeking a detail-oriented HR Data and Reporting Analyst in Milwaukee to support our Human Resources function during a HRIS implementation. This temporary role will assist with data validation, reporting design, and operational reporting. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience in HR analytics. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with HRIS systems like Workday are preferred. This role involves in-person collaboration, optimizing reporting processes, and supporting the HR department. #J-18808-Ljbffr
