Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Baltimore, MD that is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of business functions and job families. This role will partner closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience while balancing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt positions
• Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding activities
• Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records within the ATS
• Provide regular hiring updates and market insights to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Experience recruiting across multiple job families, such as healthcare, technology, finance, operations, or corporate functions
• Ability to quickly learn and recruit for unfamiliar roles and industries
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
