Accounts Payable SpecialistBRIDGES OF AMERICA INC. - ORLANDO, FL 32808DescriptionESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:Performs all tasks related to Accounts Payable including, but not limited to, paying monthly expenses and distributing revenues.Preparation and processing of bills for paymentAudit of Vendor statementsProviding on demand checks/cash fundsDistribution of incomeCommunication of accounting activity to CPA firmMaintain cash balance recordsRelease and printing of AP checksAP/filingMaintains vehicle files and ensures all vehicles are properly insured and registeredManagement of corporate credit cardsVendor application for creditPerforms other job-related duties as assigned by immediate supervisorEXPERIENCE: 5 years in accountingEDUCATION: Associate degree in Accounting or related field.Education and Experience may be substituted for each other on a year-for-year basis as deemed applicable.
