CareCore at Mentor is seeking a dependable, compassionate Full-Time Dietary Aide to help provide nutritious meals and exceptional service to our residents.
Responsibilities:
Assist with meal preparation and tray assembly
Serve meals to residents in a friendly and professional manner
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas
Wash dishes and kitchen equipment
Stock supplies and assist with food storage
Follow all food safety and infection control procedures
Work collaboratively with the dietary team to ensure excellent resident service
Qualifications:
Previous dietary or food service experience is preferred but not required
Long-term care or healthcare experience is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and customer service skills
Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
