IT Support AnalystThe A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for an IT Support Analyst. Ideal candidates must have 3+ years of IT deskside support experience. Must have experience with Windows 10/11, printer support, hardware/software support, staging, mobile device management and VMWare.ResponsibilitiesLead IT deskside activities to support all employees at the client locationSupport the systems running in the Manufacturing Infrastructure environment. This infrastructure is comprised of VMWare VM's running Windows operating systems, Windows physical machines, SAN's, and backup storage devices and supports running SQL Server, IIS, Rockwell Factory Talk, and other systemsExecute quarterly patch cycle and other periodic security updatesDiagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating system (Windows 10 and 11), network, mobile devices and a range of software applicationsStage, configure, and deliver IT assets. (e.g., personal computers and mobile phones)Manage the inventory of IT assetsWork across a global IT support team to share information and best practicesComfortable working in a manufacturing environment - combination office environment (climate controlled) and shop floor (not climate controlled, requiring PPE -provided by company)QualificationsEducation:Bachelors degree from accredited organization - PreferredRequirements:Windows 10/11 Operating System - 3+ yearsO365 (Excel, Outlook Word) - 3+ yearsStrong troubleshooting experienceHardware/software support, printer support, staging, assist users with software installations, lite server support - 3+ yearsOT support - shop floor laptop/desktop configurationTicketing system and asset management. Ex. ServiceNow - 2+ yearsRockwell Factory Talk knowledge - PreferredComfortable working in a shop floor environment that is not climate controlled
