Role Overview

An opportunity is available for a motivated IT Support Analyst in Raleigh, NC. This position combines technical expertise with customer service skills to provide hands-on troubleshooting and support for operational tasks across systems like Active Directory, Cisco, Citrix, and ServiceNow. The role requires a candidate with advanced technical knowledge and curiosity to ensure seamless system functionality and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, with a primary focus on phone-based assistance and supplemented by self-service platforms like email or ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot access issues, modify and create distribution or email lists, and handle M365 issues.
• Support Citrix-related tasks, including application gateway functionality.
• Manage technical issues across enterprise systems while maintaining communication with end-users.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a mid-senior level technical support role.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of enterprise networking.
• Hands-on experience working in Windows environments, including Windows 11.
• Background in troubleshooting and supporting Active Directory and Citrix gateways.

Education: A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Experience working in a manufacturing or materials industry.
• A technical background with a curiosity for exploring new systems and processes.
• Advanced understanding of troubleshooting tools and methodologies.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with a geographically distributed team.
